Adjoining the El Forn self service restaurant, this mountain restaurant has its own private terrace. Decorated in a chalet style with an open fire and sofas, you could easily settle in here for the afternoon. Offering a modern take on Pyrenean dishes, you can also pick up typical mountain food here too (we love the tarteflette). The restaurant is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings with a special gondola service to and from the restaurant. If you’re feeling adventurous you could take the torchlit path. The chef’s famous in these parts so be sure to book for dinner and at lunchtime during peak season. You can access this mountain gem via the Portella chair lift and then take the blue Rossinyol run.
