Après ski in a bun: The St Morish has arrived at Gourmet Burger Kitchen!

Certain to warm the hearts of burger fans at GBK restaurants nationwide, the St. Morish is a carefully crafted burger boasting 100% beef with Swiss raclette cheese, truffled mushrooms, baconaisse, chilli chocolate ketchup and onion jam all sandwiched between a delicious buttery brioche bun.

Tim Molema, Head of Food at GBK says: “It’s ski season and we decided to go off-piste with this indulgent special, the St. Morish, a tribute to the culinary highlights of après ski. The combination of Swiss raclette cheese, truffled mushrooms, onion jam and chocolate chilli ketchup is a weirdly wonderful mix of flavours that works amazingly well. The only thing missing? A log cabin, goggle marks and a hungover ride in a cable car.
