After five years at the Spielboden mountain restaurant, chef Sebastan Voide is off on his travels again. But don’t worry – with the team from Waldhotel Fletschhorn taking over, his kitchen couldn’t be in better hands. Headed by Maren Müller, Markus Neff and Charly Neumüller, the restaurant has been given a new look and serves fresh international cuisine, homemade breads, pastries, and an extensive selection of wines. There’s a great sun trap terrace here too.
